Good flowers but horrible customer service

I wasn’t contacted about my delivery being late (I had to reach out myself when the delivery didn’t come on time), and then I was given unrealistic expectations of when my delivery will come once more. So it was late twice, so I wasted my time waiting for the delivery and then still went to the birthday party without flowers because I had to leave my house and the flowers still were not delivered. Absolutely unacceptable level of service in a time-sensitive business with such high end prices
