Delivery Policy

At Florism De Art, we are pleased to offer same-day delivery for selected flowers, available from Monday to Sunday within the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas.

Delivery Sessions

We provide two daily delivery sessions:

• Morning: 10am - 3pm

• Afternoon: 3pm - 6pm

Please note that time-specific deliveries are not currently available to ensure fairness and maintain our delivery efficiency. If you have specific timing needs, kindly contact us at +60102413855, and our customer service team will do their best to accommodate your request.

Grace Period

We kindly ask for a 1-3 hour grace period and or a reasonable amount of time for deliveries due to potential unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.

Delivery Recommendations

To ensure the freshness of your flowers, we recommend scheduling deliveries to an address where you or your recipient will be available. In the event that neither you nor your recipient can receive the flowers, we offer a re-delivery service at an additional cost, which will depend on the location.
