Our Promise, Returns, and Refunds
At Florism De Art, we are committed to delivering fresh flowers in their best condition and on time.
Freshness
We promise to send you the freshest flowers, which may sometimes arrive in bud form to ensure they last longer. If your flowers do not seem fresh, please contact our customer care at florismdeart.shop@gmail.com immediately. If, at our discretion, the flowers do not meet our high freshness standards, we will offer a replacement on the next available delivery date. To be eligible for a replacement, please include a photo of the wilted flowers within 24 hours of receipt in your email.
Damage
Our flowers are carefully packed to ensure they arrive as beautiful and fresh as when they left us. However, in rare instances, they may get damaged during transit. If this happens and you find the condition unacceptable, please contact our customer care at florismdeart.shop@gmail.com immediately so that we can arrange a replacement on the next available delivery date. Please attach a photo of the damaged flowers within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.
Non-Delivery
We take every possible measure to ensure timely delivery of our flowers. If, for any reason, there is a non-delivery (i.e., your flowers have not arrived within 2 days of the intended delivery date), please contact our customer care at florismdeart.shop@gmail.com. We will send you a replacement on the next available delivery date.
Late Delivery
We understand that timely delivery is essential, and we strive to ensure your flowers arrive within the specified delivery window. However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. While we do not offer refunds for late deliveries, unless the delay is significantly beyond the expected time frame, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly. If you experience a substantial delay, please contact our customer care at florismdeart.shop@gmail.com or call/whatsapp +60102413855, and we will work diligently to address your concerns and find an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and food, we are unable to accept returns. However, we offer customers a replacement if the flowers are not delivered in acceptable condition, as detailed above.
