Delivery Policy

At Florism De Art, we are pleased to offer same-day delivery for selected flower arrangements, available daily from Monday to Sunday within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Delivery Sessions

We offer three delivery sessions each day:

Morning: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Evening: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times at this moment. If you have particular timing requirements, kindly contact us at +60102413855, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Grace Period

We request a 3-hour grace period for deliveries due to potential unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Delivery Recommendations

To ensure the freshness of your flowers, we recommend scheduling delivery to an address where either you or the recipient will be available to receive the order. If no one is available to accept the flowers, a re-delivery service will be provided at an additional cost, depending on the delivery location.

Self-Collection

You may also opt for self-collection by placing your order online and picking it up at your chosen time and date.

We are located on the 2nd Floor, one level below the main entrance. Head to the centre court, walk towards the end, and you’ll find us next to the Porte Corche Entrance, near landmarks such as Rolex, BOSS, The Coffee Bean, and Dome Café.
